The Maryland Avenue Community Development Corporation is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit that is dedicated to assisting in the development of the people, neighborhood, and communities that comprise the Maryland Avenue corridor.  The Maryland Avenue Community Development Corporation believes through community interaction and comprehensive programs creation we will assist our community to achieve full spiritual, social, economic, political, cultural, educational and psychological maturity.

MACDC was established in 2009 for the empowerment of the people of Washington, DC.  We are dedicated to providing excellent workforce development training and committed to making our community safer and cleaner. 

MACDC strives to improve the quality of life for the residents of Washington, DC, in particular the Maryland Avenue corridor by promoting, coordinating and partnering in activities that benefit the community.  Our programs include: workforce development training,  job creation, job placement, skills training, programs for seniors and youth, computer literacy and financial literacy.  We also provide substance abuse counseling and referral services.
